DestinE at the Belgian Earth Observation Day 2024 (BEODay)

On 14 May 2024, the STEREO (Support to Exploitation and Research in Earth Observation) team is organizing its annual Belgian Earth Observation Day (BEODay) in Hasselt, Belgium.

The day begins with a keynote on science communication by the Senior Trainer of ‘The Floor is Yours’ Erik Luijts, followed by highlights from the latest STEREO IV projects covering topics from environmental monitoring to climate impacts on agriculture. Just before lunch there will be an an exciting communication project on Belgian earth observation.

In the afternoon, Destination Earth (DestinE) experts will present updates and insights from the Europe’s flagship programme.

Researchers, private sector professionals and public administration employees are cordially invited to attend.

Registration for BEODAY 2024 is free but mandatory.
