Updated EC Terms & Conditions Expand Scope of Upgraded Access Policy
Terms & Conditions for users of the Destination Earth (DestinE) System have been updated broadening eligibility for upgraded access to its advanced features and services.
The revised policy now extends the opportunity to apply for upgraded access to a wider group of organisations. In addition to those already eligible, the update includes all entities based in the EU or countries associated with the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), such as public authorities, research institutions, universities, SMEs and start-ups.
Entities from outside the EU may also be considered for upgraded access, with applications evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In all instances, access will be granted where the organisation’s activities and intended use align with DestinE’s objectives, regardless of whether they are currently involved in the initiative.
Users granted upgraded access can make full use of DestinE’s advanced tools and services, contributing to testing, development and the overall improvement of the system.
Organisations interested in applying are encouraged to consult the updated Terms & Conditions to take full advantage of this expanded opportunity.
