We are delighted to announce that the 5th DestinE UserInstitutions or individuals exploiting DestinE capabilities, More eXchange will take place on 9 and 10 June 2026 at Tour & Taxis in Brussels, Belgium, and online.
The DestinE UserInstitutions or individuals exploiting DestinE capabilities, More eXchange series brings together the growing community of users and partners involved in the European Commission’s ambitious DestinE initiative, implemented by ECMWFEuropean Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts More, ESAEuropean Space Agency and EUMETSATEuropean Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological under the leadership of DG CNECT. Each User eXchange offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn about the latest developments, share insights and explore how DestinE can help address Europe’s resilience and adaptation to climate and extreme events.
Event focus
The 2026 edition will provide updates on key elements of the DestinE initiative, including the Digital Twins, Digital Twin Engine, AI models and solutions, Data Lake, and the DestinE platform and its services. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences on using these advanced tools and discuss how they support policy, research and innovation across Europe.
This hybrid event will bring together experts, data users, policymakers and service providers for two days of presentations, discussions and networking. Whether attending in person or online, participants will be able to connect with peers, discover the latest advances, and contribute to shaping the future direction of DestinE.

The 5th DestinE UserInstitutions or individuals exploiting DestinE capabilities, More eXchange will be hosted by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWFEuropean Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts More) and co-organised with the European Space Agency (ESAEuropean Space Agency), the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSATEuropean Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological), in collaboration with the Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium (RMI).
