The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) published an info trailer about the Destination Earth (DestinE) initiative that presents key elements of the ambitious initiative. Led by the European Commission’s DG CNECT, DestinE is implemented by ECMWF, ESA, EUMETSAT, and over 100 partners. This trailer introduces the Digital Twins and the Digital Twin Engine that ECMWF is delivering together with its partners across Europe. It also showcases the crucial role of EuroHPC’s new generation of supercomputers.
